Project timelines, pricing, deliverables, and revisions will be communicated before the project begins.

4. Quotations & Payments

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • A project may require an advance payment before work begins.
  • The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
  • Late payments may delay project delivery.
  • All applicable taxes are payable by the client unless otherwise agreed.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project information.
  • Supply required content, images, logos, and other materials on time.
  • Review submitted work promptly.
  • Provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Ensure they have the necessary rights to any content they provide.

Project delays caused by late client responses may extend the delivery schedule.

6. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as specified in the project proposal.

Additional revisions or requests outside the approved project scope may incur additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Vision4Studio retains ownership of all concepts, drafts, working files, and design assets until full payment has been received.
  • Upon full payment, ownership of the approved final deliverables is transferred to the client, except for third-party licensed assets.
  • Vision4Studio reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless a separate confidentiality agreement has been signed.

8. Third-Party Assets

Projects may include third-party resources such as:

  • Fonts
  • Stock Images
  • Icons
  • Plugins
  • Software Licenses

The use of such assets is subject to their respective license agreements. Vision4Studio is not responsible for future licensing changes made by third-party providers.

9. Website & Digital Marketing Services

For website development, SEO, social media management, or digital marketing services:

  • Search engine rankings and advertising performance cannot be guaranteed.
  • Marketing results may vary depending on competition, budget, audience behavior, and external platform algorithms.
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining active subscriptions for domains, hosting, plugins, and third-party services unless included in a maintenance agreement.

10. Confidentiality

Vision4Studio will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except where required to deliver the agreed services or comply with applicable laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

Vision4Studio shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses.
  • Business interruption.
  • Loss of profits or revenue.
  • Third-party service outages.
  • Data loss caused by hosting providers, software failures, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice.

Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

Any advance payments already utilized for completed work or third-party expenses may be non-refundable, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

13. Website Availability

While we strive to keep our website available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.

14. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites.

Vision4Studio is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or services provided by external websites.
